Yesterday morning, Arabella had surgery to get a trach. As strange as it might sound, it was a great day. She was so tired of having the tube down her throat and she had been through so much just to be able to breathe that the trach is a blessing.
It is amazing to see her pretty little face.
We are so excited to start working on her oral feeding so we can bring her home.
she looks so relaxed. at least she has a big brother that has been through this so they will always have that in common. She doesn't have to have the g-tube too does she? I hope you are doing okay and had a good christmas with all your family there.
