Arabella at home

As you all know, Arabella is home! It is so fun having her here. Our house has been SO busy since she came home, which means I have lots to blog about. Just a quick run down from when she left the NICU to today.

This is a picture of Arabella with her favorite nurse, Sheldon. He took great care of her while she was there, which makes him one of our favorite people. There were other wonderful nurses that were so kind to our little Arabella. Wendy, Mary Ann, Linda and Sita are some that we love too.

My amazing friend, Vanessa, watched Aidan and Maya all day. Thank you Vanessa!! On our way home we stopped by to pick them up and that is where Aidan and Maya met their new baby sister.

This was the best picture we were able to get of all 3 of them. I have a feeling family pictures are going to be a nightmare.

SHE IS HOME!

The long awaited day finally came! I called the NICU on Wednesday morning to check on Arabella and the nurse told me that she might be able to come home. She was originally supposed to come home on Tuesday but she wasn't drinking quite enough. I was so bummed and thought she was going to have to stay at least a couple more days. Nope! Tuesday night she drank great and the next morning she was still doing great. After spending the day getting everything ready to bring her home, we finally left the hospital at around 6:00pm.

As you can imagine, life has been a little crazy at our house. This is why I haven't updated my blog but pictures are coming soon!
