Home décor shopping and holiday banner making have been quite consuming and last week after a rough couple of days I splurged and bought the cutting machine I’ve been wanting for years.
I’m so excited for the endless projects that I’m going to be able to do! Wish I would have thought to spoil myself with the Silhouette while my crafting genius friend, Jess was still here. Speaking of Jess, I miss her
We became banner obsessed together and made tons of banners. A couple of weeks before Valentines day I got a package from her that had the cutest Valentine’s banner in it!

Rich and I have finally gotten smart with our date nights and have been going to the temple at least once sometimes twice a month. It has been AMAZING! We went to the Ogden temple but forgot to take a pic. Last time we went to the Bountiful temple and did get a couple of pics…

Our last date we met up with Aaron and Megan for dinner at the Lion House. The line was so long that we missed our movie on Temple Square, Meet the Mormons. Instead we walked around the City Creek Mall for a bit and then went home and watched a movie.

We have about a year left here in Utah and we definitely recognize how blessed we are to be able to experience living here. There are so many temples and awesome church sites that we need to take in before we leave!
