We spent day 6 running all over Osaka, trying to see all of the sites. We started at Dotonbori Street.
We saw the iconic Glico billboard
I feel like we could have spent the whole day just exploring the area and trying all of the different foods. They had such a variety and everything looked like it was amazing!
Maya is a huge fan of crab so of course we had to get her some seriously overpriced but delicious crab.
We love gyoza so we found a place that claimed to have the best gyoza in Osaka…they were right! It was the best gyoza ever!
We spent a little bit of time walking through the shopping center and then headed to stop #2- The Umeda Sky building.
We enjoyed this view of Osaka while eating the most delicious and unique ice cream I’ve ever had.
It had like chocolate corn flakes at the bottom mixed with fudge sauce. I would have never thought to put cereal in ice cream but it most definitely worked.
Loooooong escalator to the top
It was raining outside so we made a quick loop around the outdoor terrace and headed back inside. The kids loved it though!
Next, we went to Lego Land!
It was the perfect place to spend a rainy evening. There was so much for all of our kids to do. It was hard getting past the 1st room with the ninja lazer challenge. They could have stayed there all day!
We loved their city of Osaka lego display. It was awesome!!!
From the moment we drove through Osaka the kids begged to ride the ferris wheel so that is how we ended our Osaka day.
Osaka was awesome!
