Maya’s Baptism

Saturday, December 10th, our sweet Maya was baptized. She was so excited for this day!

Maya has always had such a strong desire to do good. I know that she will wholeheartedly strive to keep the covenants she made on her baptism day.

Maya got to wear the baptism dress that Grandma Baker made for aunt Julie when she got baptized.

Josy was baptized in it last year so it has definitely become a very special dress to our family.

Maya was baptized by her daddy. It was a beautiful experience. Both Rich and I agreed that the spirit that we felt during and after the program was so strong. There was a very distinct and special feeling that day.

 

 

Maya, we love you and are so proud of you and your commitment to live your life as a disciple of Christ. I know that you will do so much good and share so much light with those who cross your path.
